We audit, design and automate the flows that consume your team\u2019s time, using the systems the company already has.
Example architecture for a lead flow. Every node is a programmed step, with validation and exception handling.
A vendor who says yes to everything has not looked at your process. These are the limits we state before you ask.
If automation does not make enough economic or operational sense, we tell you at the audit.
Intelevo develops systems that connect processes, applications and people so a company can operate more efficiently. We work on architecture, not effects: we analyse the process, design and program it, then test and optimise it.
"Most bottlenecks in a business do not come from a lack of effort, but from processes that were never designed. That is where we step in."
The criterion is not company size but how often the process repeats. A process done three times a day by one person may be worth automating; one done monthly by five people often is not. At the audit we establish which case you are.
Automation takes over the repetitive steps, not the decisions. People stay in the process exactly where judgement matters: exceptions, approvals, the client relationship. What disappears is data entry, not the person.
It depends on the software. Those with a documented API integrate directly. Some allow only import and export, which works but needs more care around errors. A few are completely closed — then we say so before the quote, not after the contract.
The price depends on the number of steps, the systems involved and whether recurring support is needed. We do not publish invented figures. The audit is free precisely so we can estimate against your real process rather than a meaningless average.
Describe the process that takes most of your time. We come back with a first analysis and automation options.
