Automation audit
Free automation audit
The audit is a structured 60–120 minute conversation about one concrete process in your company. We look at how it works today, where time and information get lost, and what would be worth automating. You receive a written summary afterwards. Free, no obligation to implement anything.
What we analyse
- The process as it actually happens, step by step.
- Where repetitive work occurs, and how often.
- What handoffs exist between people and between applications.
- Where delays, errors or blind spots appear.
- Which systems are involved and how they communicate.

Founder — INTELEVO
At the audit you talk directly to me, not an account manager. I analyse every process myself, so I can show you exactly what's worth automating and what isn't — not a generic sales pitch. LinkedIn ↗
What you receive
A document called INTELEVO — Automation Opportunity Summary. It contains the process analysed, the friction points identified, the automation opportunities with an assigned priority, the recommended next steps, and what additional information an estimate would need.
What it does not contain: guaranteed ROI, guaranteed savings, a fixed number of automations, or a complete technical architecture. Those require paid work and data we do not have yet.
The priorities we use
- HIGH PRIORITY — the case is clear, work can start.
- TO VALIDATE — promising, but data is missing.
- LATER — makes sense, but not now.
- WE DO NOT RECOMMEND AUTOMATING — the cost exceeds the gain.
If automation does not make enough economic or operational sense, we will tell you. That last category exists for exactly that, and it is a legitimate outcome of the audit.
What information helps
You do not need to prepare. It helps if you can describe one concrete process and who is involved in it.
If you have the names of the applications involved and a sense of volume — how many orders, invoices or leads per month — the conversation goes deeper.

Frequent questions
Why is it free?
Because it serves us too: we learn about real processes, and you get to judge how we work before paying anything. If the outcome is do not automate, the audit did its job.
Who takes part?
From our side, Emanuel Farcaș. From yours, whoever knows the process in detail — usually not the person with the biggest title.
What happens afterwards?
If there is something to do, we propose a scoped piece of work and a price. If not, we tell you what is worth doing instead.
