What a manual process costs per year
The calculator estimates what a repetitive process costs you annually, starting from three numbers you already know: how often it happens, how long it takes each time, and what an hour of work is worth in your company. The result is an order of magnitude, not a promise.

How to read the result
The top figure is the current cost of the process, in hours and in money, per year. It is useful as an order of magnitude: a small number probably means it is not worth automating; a large one means it is worth at least a conversation.
The second figure assumes automation removes part of the time, not all of it. We used 70% as a visible assumption, because an automated process still needs supervision, exceptions and corrections.
This is an estimate based on the numbers you entered, not a guaranteed saving. The cost of the automation itself is not included — it depends on how many systems must be connected and how clean the data is.
What the calculator does not tell you
It does not tell you whether the process can be automated technically, what implementation costs, or whether there is a better answer than automation — sometimes the right move is to change the process, not automate it.
That requires looking at the actual process. The audit is free precisely because without it any figure is a guess.
