Method
How we work
We work in six stages: understand the process, map it, design the new flow, build incrementally, test in parallel with the manual process, then adjust. Each stage has a verifiable output, and implementation starts with one working segment rather than the whole process.
The six stages
Discover
We understand the process as it happens, not as it should. We talk to the people who run it, not only to those who describe it.
Map
We draw it step by step, exceptions included. Exceptions are usually half the work and are missing from every initial description.
Design
We design the new flow and establish where the human stays: approvals, exceptions, decisions with context.
Build
We build incrementally. One working segment first, in production, then extension.
Test
We run in parallel with the manual process until it is stable. Nobody switches off what works to switch on what is new.
Optimize
We adjust based on what actually happens, not on what we assumed at Design.
Human control and exception handling
Automation does not mean loss of control, if the control points are designed into it. We define explicitly: which steps require human approval, what happens on an error, who is notified, what can be done manually, and how to resume.
We describe this as a process approach, not as verified infrastructure. INTELEVO is early-stage and does not yet have the operational history to support a reliability claim.
What reduces implementation risk
- Bounded scope: one process, not the whole company.
- Parallel running until the automation is stable.
- Human approval points where the consequence of an error is large.
- A defined exception path rather than an improvised one.
- The ability to fall back to the manual process at any moment.
Where we use AI and where we do not
AI solves a narrow set of tasks well: classification, extraction from text, summarisation, retrieval, routing. For the rest, deterministic logic is cheaper, more predictable and easier to debug.
We tell you which is which. In a market where everyone says AI, honesty here is a differentiator.

Free initial audit, 60–120 minutes. No obligation to implement. If automation does not make enough economic or operational sense, we will tell you.
