System integrations and reporting
System integration means the applications you already use send data to each other automatically, instead of being copied by hand. Reporting is the direct consequence: when data moves correctly, the report generates itself from sources that already agree.
The business problem
Every good application solves a problem and creates an island. Invoicing knows what was billed, the CRM knows who was spoken to, the warehouse knows what shipped — but nobody knows all of it.
The gap is filled with manual work: exports, copying, checks. And with distrust of the numbers, because two systems give two answers.
Three categories of application
- With a documented API — integrate directly and bidirectionally.
- Partially integrable — scheduled exports, imports or limited webhooks.
- Closed — not possible, and we tell you before a contract rather than after.
Reporting is not a pretty dashboard
A dashboard built over data that does not reconcile looks good and misleads. That is why reporting comes after integration, not before it.
When the sources are connected and agree, the Monday morning report already exists on Monday morning, without anyone opening Excel.
What drives cost
- The number of systems and which of the three categories each falls into.
- Whether integration is one-way or bidirectional.
- Sync frequency and data volume.
- How different the data models are between applications.
Frequent questions
Which applications do you integrate?
It depends on each API. We do not publish a list of partnerships we do not have — we check your specific applications during the audit and tell you which category they fall into.
Is our data safe?
We explain what data moves, where it goes and who has access, on a least-privilege basis. We do not claim certifications or security audits we have not done.
Other solutions
Want to find out whether your process is worth automating?
Free initial audit, 60–120 minutes. No obligation to implement. If automation does not make enough economic or operational sense, we will tell you.
