Which kind of automation you need
Most companies are not looking for "automation" in general. They have a specific problem: leads going cold, data copied between apps, reports assembled by hand. This page helps you work out which of the five directions matches what is breaking.
Do not start from technology
The useful question is not "which tool", it is "what happens today, how many times a day, and who loses time".
A process done three times a day by one person may be worth automating. One done monthly by five people often is not. The criterion is repetition, not company size.
Signs a process is worth examining
- Data copied by hand between two applications, several times a day.
- Leads waiting in an inbox until somebody remembers them.
- The same email replies written again, week after week.
- Documents prepared manually every time, from the same template.
- Reports assembled from several spreadsheets at every month start.
- Repeated status checks: did the order ship, was the invoice paid.
If none of the signs above describes your company, you probably do not need automation right now. We will tell you that in the audit too.
